December is WWF Polar Bear Month on WebbliWorld

Grab your woolly mittens and that dodgy scarf your Granny knitted because next month, WebbliWorld goes to the Arctic. With the help of WWF, we’ll be featuring all sorts of stories about polar bears, their environment and the threats they face from global warming. As the ice melts, their hunting grounds are literally disappearing beneath their paws. Our main characters, Wij, Wez and Wanda will highlight the main issues and there will also be a fun ‘Name the Webbli Polar Bear’ competition.  More on that, soon.  Plus, we’ll shortly be announcing the winners of the WWF/Puffin Writing Competition chosen by children’s author, Jeremy Strong.
